Our support upgrade has been postponed! The upgrade which was meant to take place today will now be scheduled for tomorrow 11/08 at 3:00pm PST. The upgrade will continue through Thursday Morning, when we plan to re-open our support site at 9:00am.
During the downtime you will be unable to create new support tickets, view exisiting support tickets, or take advantage of our live chat service. Thank you for your patience! We will keep you up to date on our progress via the status blog when the upgrade is under way.
